Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental United States. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.

Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available for a flat rate of $15. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 10–14 business days.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. These charges vary by country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or new collection launches, processing may take up to 3–5 business days. We'll notify you by email if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with UPS and FedEx for domestic shipments and DHL for international orders. All sculptures are carefully packed with custom-fit protective inserts to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@wildwhite.art with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
